ORC technology – Modularization saves time and money

Our ORC plants are prefabricated in modules as far as possible and transported in units to the respective installation sites. The advantage: higher quality, faster and easier installation and short construction times. For our customers, this means lower investment costs and more planning security.

Adoratec ORC modules are manufactured within the immediate vicinity of our company headquarters by our permanent partners in accordance with our engineering drawings.
We work with state-of-the-art CAD programs and 3-D technology. This enables advanced on-screen optimisation of the component arrangement and the piping installation during the preliminary stages. Our design work also consists of calculating the piping and fittings including fluidic and stability aspects as well as the construction of the mountings.
We calculate the supplied parts such as the heat exchanger, pumps, turbines, etc.. They are then manufactured by renowned suppliers according to our specifications and transported to the production site. We also supervise the plant’s assembly at the production site.

Once the module is finished, we will arrange the transport to the installation site and erection in the buildings.
We install and commission the plants as well as hand them over to the operator, using the support of additional suppliers.
Naturally, training the operating personnel is also an integral part of our tasks and as the system is handed over to the operator, we provide further advice via remote monitoring.
